We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item was delivered. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags still attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at attorneyswithswag@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any items back before contacting us.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

The fastest method is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email letting you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Attorneys with Swag is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
